"I was very dissatisfied with this stay. The ONLY reason it did not get 1 star was because of the gentleman working the front desk when we checked in. He was very friendly and when I called needing an iron and ironing board he brought it up to the 3rd floor for me and he did it immediately. "Staff was amazing. Rooms were scary. We slept on top of the covers. Did not use the bathrooms. At $120 a night, my expectations were higher. I do appreciate the staff. She was very helpful. Parking was also a challenge. Staff helped me get a decent spot."

"Overall nice and clean, but if you’re expecting to have some ice when you’re there you can forget it. I’ve machine in the refrigerator/freezer is off and empty. You have to turn the ice machine on and get about a dozen pieces of ice by morning. Inconvenient to say the least. I can think of several reasons not to have a shared ice machine but if you arrive a little late it’s a bit of an issue."

"Room was stuffy, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Terrible lighting in the bathroom, shower curtain was stained black at the bottom. Mattress was hard and bumpy. You could see daylight through the side and bottom on the entry door. Highway traffic sound was loud."
