"Great location! Close to Port Hood, Mabou, even Inverness is a close drive. The property is very clean and well decorated. There is a great bakery at the end of the street. Would stay again!"

"The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"The place is really great. There's a spacious patio where we had washer toss games. The shed was full of beach stuff. It's best suited for 4,but the 6 of us were fine.Love the thoughtfulness in the provision of things you might forget,including for the pets.Got to goto Chase the Ace at the fire department where we were truly welcomed by the people from the community. "This is a fantastic place for a family mix of ages. Great deck overlooking the lake. Kayaks were a big hit with the older kids. The house itself was ideal with well appointed kitchen, 5 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms were a godsent. The size of the place meant 9 people and a dog were never on top of each other and the large living room was excellent for evening get togethers. The wifi and TV were good but as noted the phone coverage was next to non-existent (this is the fault of the service...
