"There was no hot water. When we called the front desk to tell them the attendant told us "we know there is no hot water" apparently they had not had any hot water for a day or so but did not bother to tell us when we checked in. So after going to an outdoor concert and not returning until the wee hours of the morning we had tk jump in the shower to FREEZING cold water. They could have at least warned us but nope, not a word until we found out the hard way by jumping in the shower at 3am. So very...

"The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional.
I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options.
I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was nice having the seating area out the back.
One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked."
