"We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!"

"Kitchen was stocked with everything one could need, including rice cooker.Kitchen was nice and large. Plenty of seating for a big group.The outside storage area has all your beach needs.Plenty of towels with an extra large washer and dryer.The screened in porch was really nice. The seashells I felt were a nice touch.The ocean is a short two min walk, which I felt was shorter than a beach front condo in PBC.The owners did great with communication. At one point I didn’t see a message for a day or...

"Josh was the BEST host. This was our first time in Alligator Point and we are already planning our next trip back. Quiet, remote and beautiful!! Shifting Sands was exactly as described—spacious, super comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. Could not have asked for a better trip!!"

"Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home.
