"This home was outstanding! The beautiful view of the mountains and the fall colors were breathtaking. The property was visited daily by a herd of 15 mule deer that grazed and bedded down for the night just yards away from the house. A badger and some bunnies were also hanging around. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. "Two 65 adults enjoyed the quiet area and great hosts who helped when we wanted to watch MLB games on YouTubeTV and gave us a different coffee machine when the one seemed to quit. Told host about the mild pet urine smell and she is going to investigate. Kitchen was great to cook in. Porch was great to enjoy the morning and evening. AC units helped during the day and we opened the windows at night with ceiling fans to get cool air. Bed and couch were comfortable. Great stay."

"We spent our time hiking mostly. It was great to come back to and recover. Location is a little away from the main spots, that can be good and bad but overall we enjoyed our stay. Love the Tiny houses they are perfect for our family."

It was clean, beautifully appointed and decorated, well-stocked with everything we could possibly need (kitchen utensils, firewood, water, toiletries) and the beds were ultra-comfy. "Absolutely wonderful stay in Montrose. The cabin was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit. The electric fireplace was such a pleasant feature. The rooms were clean, and spacious. Only 20 minutes to Black Canyon National Park. The town had great shops and we enjoyed a beer and meal at Pomona Brewery. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Justin for letting us stay."
