"I only stayed for two nights, but Castle Troy Hotel & Suites was wonderful from start to finish. "This is a dormitory. It is a very spacious, well-priced, and close to the centre, but has some inconveniences you wouldn't expect if staying in an apartment, as it is advertised. Some of our challenges: the listing shows a washer. But the washer is not in the space, and you have to buy tokens during office hours. We arrived at 5pm Friday and were out of luck. To use the shower you have to sit on the floor. The heat is constantly on, so you have to manage that to get a comfortable temperature."

"First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. "There is plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, for a family of six to stay here comfortably. But what we found interesting was it was a little sparse on the basics like towels, dishes, cups, etc. The maximum amount of people are six. We were only each given one towel no extra hand towels, no face cloths.Some of the standard table settings there were only six no more so if you wanted to use two glasses at dinner, you had to wash one to use it again. No dual beverages at dinner ha ha...

"The property was clean and tidy. The beds had clean sheets and there were enough towels for everyone in our group. The washrooms were stocked with toilet paper. We had some difficulty operating the shower in the master bedroom (could just be that we were from another country and we have different types of showers). The other shower worked just fine.
