"Use them often they are well equipped with kitchens. Need the liner replaced on the top sides in kitchen but generally they are pleasant have air-conditioning which is amazing and hotel room facilities like toiletries tea and coffee and so on."

"It was a nice place to stay for a week. We did spend a bit of time on trains, but locals were nice and shopping was close."

"Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars."

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "

"The property was clean and pleasant but there were no instructions left for the use of any of the appliances or heating. "

"My 2nd room was lovely, clean, well-decorated and cosy. I had initially been put in a room with a bit of a fug about it and a broken TV so first impression wasn't great. The lovely guy on reception moved me to a great room which I can't fault at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Very sweet boat in lovely location. I didn’t hear back from the owner re check in until the day I was checking in despite 3 emails. The boat was lovely, had a great nights sleep and pretty location. All very clean and lovely. Flushing the toilet was a little challenging. We went to a concert at Hampton Court and it was a great location to visit there. A lovely time was had"

"The owner messaged to check that I had booked in and checked that everything was ok, even though there is signage in the property with contact details, so that was a really nice gesture. Property is in immaculate condition and really nice layout. My 8 year son is already telling me that we need to back. "

"I think it would be very good to provide an actual street address that includes written directions or, at least, a photo with a recognizable landmark to show "lodging is here" with an arrow. Our GPS kept putting us 1 block over and it wasn't until flagging down a passer by, who happened to also rent in a Charles Hope building, that we found what we needed after a 2-hour search."
