"Great place to unwind! Close enough to attractions if you wanted to venture to them but this place is so beautiful, tranquil, and recreational that if you want to just take it all in, bring your groceries and enjoy! We took advantage of the weekend, fished, explored, and relaxed - which is typically hard for us. "

"Ill start with the only thing that I would change if I could. The roads to the place were narrow and I was pulling a bass boat. If you have a larger boat it might be interesting navigating. Everything else was great. The place was clean.. secluded.. near the water.. and very peaceful. They have a community area where my teens played pool and ping pong. They have a pool to swim in also. I would definitely stay there again. Parking is limited.. so I would recommend one vehicle."

"This was a very nice, cozy cabin with beautiful country scenery. We really enjoyed the peaceful, quiet surroundings. The whirlpool tub and walk in shower were relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The owner was fantastic and made sure our stay was excellent. Would highly recommend, and hope we can come back to visit again!"

"If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. Also, I had a few questions, and after only getting a couple 'automated' responses, gave up on talking yo a human. Didn't stay second night, and nicely told...

"Stayed here for 2 days on 4th of July weekend. Fireworks where awesome right on the lake! The pool was great no restrictions! Quite family friendly environment! Plan on doing this several times a year! Also they got me a golf cart at the last minute, which was awesome!!"
