The reason given to us was that we checked in too late and had to be checked in by 3PM but check in does not start until 3 PM and their website ..."

"This was a great sized space, there are two living rooms to help spread out everyone. There are two fridges, which helped give enough space for food. The beds were comfy and the kitchen pretty much had everything needed for a stay. We would stay again if we are in the area again."
