"Great location in lovely Fernie. Unfortunately there were a few issues. The hot tub was under construction which we knew before we got there. The dishwasher was not working. The property manager offered to fix it the day before we left but we said no at that point. The dryer takes hours to dry even the smallest load. The property manager said to use the community dryer which we would have to pay to use. The air conditioner works well but it is very loud in the living room but especially on the...

"Clean, simple accommodations. Being above the base facilities is a little bit of a nuisance for apres ski activities but is rectified by the regular free shuttle bus. My only complaint is with the main bed frame (bunk bed) being a little impractical but this is a minor issue. Would be great value for families if they’re OK with close quarters."

So far, my experience has been frustrating. I was initially able to book and pay for an early check-in, only to later be told it was “too early” and that I would be reimbursed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my refund.
