"Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink."

"This is a super cute cabin on the same proper as the owner’s home and farm. They have adorable bunnies, goats and sheep that love attention and animal crackers. We chose this cabin as the last 4 days of our vacation, with the first 5 days in NYC. It’s an easy drive from NYC to this cute cabin and talk about a different experience between the two! "This home was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Very comfortable and spacious. The only issue was that there was no cell phone service and the internet was not reliable. Other than that I would highly recommend this property."

"This was my first time using VRBO. The description of the property was exactly what it said. If you have a baby and young children they also provide baby beds, high chair, books and games. Great location to the surrounding farm land, shops and restaurants. The host were great. The cottage has a warm country feel. I would recommend staying there. "

"This was our 3rd stay in this lovely home. The location could not be nicer. It is so quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed watching the Amish farmer next door plant tobacco and the ongoing horse & buggy traffic. The house is one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. "This place is great. Centrally located to get to a lot in Lancaster. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. I thought street parking might be an issue but we always found a spot. We even got some time in the hot tub! Kathy was the best to work with, will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. "
