Villa Paradise is just that. A super quality, waterfront home located on the most transparent stretch of Cozumel's famous Caribbean, yet and within walking distance to town & restaurants.

Spaciousness and exquisite finish work throughout set this home apart from other waterfront properties, while multiple design details lend the house a feeling of harmony and comfort.

New construction with 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths: Master suite with sitting room, spa and dressing area, two additional bedrooms w/ bathrooms, and a large entertainment suite or bedroom, with kitchenette, terrace, and outstanding vistas of the Caribbean and the port of San Miguel.

The home's waterfront area includes pool and terrace, deck for outdoor seating/dining, outdoor rinse shower and bathroom, a private boat dock (one of the very few on the island), and excellent snorkeling right along the shore.

Caminando puede uno llegar a una milla al centro del pueblo San Miguel de Cozumel. La casa está ubicada en la parte norte de la isla que tiene el mejor color azul turquesa del mar y agua cristalina, con arrecife pegado para disfrutar de sonrckel viendo peces.

Excelentes atardeceres disfrutando de la mejor tranquilidad de una Isla.
Caminando a 1/2 milla están los restaurantes de playa y más adelante los mejores restaurantes de Cozumel.

Tiene un muelle o deck de madera para acceso al mar así como de lanchas o yates para ir a pasear o a bucear.

we were 10 people we said so all along .and still there was only 8 forks 8 towels ,no bedding for the the 2 extra beds, we had to buy these things . No wines glasses, no plunger No getting in touch with the Host

Great location, nice house, poor service

I read great reviews before booking, so was really surprised that host communication was rough throughout our stay, beginning with receiving the wrong lockbox code to enter the property. The services mentioned in the ad were not available, as we were just given phone numbers to contact the chef or taxi driver, and neither responded. We couldn't coordinate with Hector to rent his cars, but ended up renting cheaper from the nearby airport. With no chef, we ended up shopping and cooking, but the oven was damaged. There was no drinking water for the first two days. These aren't deal-breakers, but at the price, service should be higher, with the home ready for guests. For people needing to use all four bedrooms, know that one of the doubles faces east and there are only very sheer curtains, so it's blindingly light at sunup. That room faces the street and traffic was very loud, so room 4 would require very sound sleepers. The other three bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. Wifi throughout was extremely poor at times, so for anyone needing to connect for work, not ideal. The water heater allowed for very short hot showers with timing carefully staggered, which is hard with seven people. And the cameras -- being surveilled as paying guests is offensive. The location, with the ability to snorkel right off the dock are wonderful, and the house could be if things noted here are taken care of. The one thing I was concerned about, the proximity to the airport, was not a problem.

This is fantastic house with a great layout for privacy and relaxation. The decor and furnishings are all top notch. The communication and services provided by Hector were excellent. Snorkeling right out the back pier was wonderful.

Holiday Family Retreat

Wonderful property! Our family of 6 stayed here over New Year’s. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Beautiful pool. Well-equipped and modern kitchen. Large bedrooms and each has a private bathroom. The house is truly lovely. We walked to town every day. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

spacious home with easy ocean access

The unit was exactly as pictured. Very accessible to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling with a decent size swimming pool. The inside of the home was spacious and beautiful with a loaded kitchen for cooking. The owner provided us with the name of a taxi driver who was very dependable and spoke English. we all loved the unit and would most definitely request to rent it again. Honestly, the only negative I can think of is the placement of cameras throughout the house. I understand they are to prevent theft but I have never experienced so many in a rental unit-just made me a bit uncomfortable.

Family Vacation in Cozumel

Fantastic time in Cozumel at Villa Paula! Definitely will be back. Such an amazing experience. The villa amazing. Quiet and easy access to the city center and all of the restaurants and shops. Héctor and his wife Laura were so hospitable. Picking us up from the airport from the moment we landed and each day of our trip. Even before we landed we were able to make arrangements for our vacation days. They were available and extremely responsive with any questions or planning. The Villa was absolutely beautiful. It was more so in person. Highly recommend snorkeling with Ramon and the massage therapist in the villa! We would have done the chef as well but we decided to go to el cíelo to snorkel. We also rented the car from Hector for the days we were there and it was great to get around. We traveled with my mom husband and daughter for the first time and will be back again. It was so peaceful and loved snorkeling off the deck. The water was just beautiful and very safe. Loved feeding the fish in the morning off the deck as well. Héctor and LAura we thank you so much for sharing this piece of heaven with our family. Such good people.

Amazing and Relaxing

Hector and Laura met us at their home, gave us a wonderful tour, changed the water in the salt water pool mid-week without us requesting (super nice because the wind blew palm tree pieces in the pool) and we paid for mid-week cleaning service and paid to use his car for a couple of days. The home is beautiful and well taken care of. The view of the ocean and evening sunsets are amazing. We definitely hope to come back again! Thank you Héctor and Laura!

Love Cozumel

Beautiful house in prime location. Just one mile from downtown. We had 3 couples with our own bedroom and private bathrooms. 4 couples would also work perfect. We were there for 10 days and by day 6 the pool was getting dirty. I would suggest asking for the water to be changed. “Ocean water”

Beautiful home, stunning water view!

What a place! Three floors of quality craftsmanship! Huge master on the second floor, with a slightly smaller, but more private master on third floor. The owner Hector and his wife were very friendly and great to work with! Extremely helpful and accommodating. Plus, it’s so close to downtown! It’s about a 10 minute walk from the ferry dock! We requested to have the home cleaned twice while we were there, Tuesday and Thursday. This worked out great and it takes about 3-4 hours each day to clean. She was so friendly and she did a fabulous job! If you schedule this, ask Hector if he could change the day the pool is drained and filled to one of these days. It takes about 4 hours to drain/fill and that could mess up your time to soak up the sun rays or just plan to be out of the house on Wednesday afternoon, exploring the island or taking in a tour. Because we speak very little Spanish, communicating the address to taxi drivers was a challenge, but we found a trick, we started giving them the name of the larger suites to the south of Villa Paradise. This worked perfectly. Being so close to the airport, was a concern, but it didn’t amount to anything. We never heard any planes taking off, only landing. We also never heard them inside the home, only outside and the noise was so minimal, you hardly noticed. Plus, they seamed to only fly in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back to Cozumel and stay at Villa Paradise! I would recommend staying here to everyone!

Beautiful house with great view and amenities. The owners were very nice. We rented the Dodge Durango and the owners picked us up in two cars and dropped us off at the airport. Definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

My family and I loved staying at Villa Paradise. The house is perfectly situated right in front of amazing snorkeling water. Just walk to the deck below the swimming pool and amazing snorkeling awaits you. The house itself is beautiful with each bedroom having lots of space and great individual bathrooms. Each room also has it's own AC unit which is nice so everyone can sleep at their desired temperature. Hector was extremely responsive to every question and request. We rented one of his cars for a couple days to explore the island and it was so convenient to have the car right there. Walking into the town of San Miguel from the property took only about 10 minutes. Hector put us in touch with wonderful ladies who did our grocery shopping and cooked a few meals for us while we were there. That was also a highlight of the trip since their authentic mexican cooking was amazing. We spent much of the time in the backyard enjoying the views and snorkeling. The Palapa with the swings was an ideal hangout for my kids in the late afternoon watching the sunsets. The one concern I had before renting was that the property is fairly close to the Cozumel airport. I was worried about plane noise for incoming and departing planes. I will say you could see and hear the planes but there were only a couple flights per day and nothing early in the morning. Might bother some, but it did not bother us at all. I would stay at Villa Paradise again if going to Cozumel and highly recommend it.

It was amazing. The only issue we had was that we had 2 rental cars which fit into the garage but 2 days before we checked out the owner without notice accessed the home and parked his car there while we were out. It was a bit unnerving to have him just access the home without notification. Then we were no longer able to park in the garage.

Paradise at Villa Paradise

We had an amazing vacation staying at Villa Paradise. Like others have said, the house is more beautiful in person. The location was perfect. Being on the water and being able to snorkel any time of day was such a treat! The sunset view from almost anywhere in the house was breathtaking!
