The house was terrific, layout was great for our needs, and there were plenty of everything to self-cater for a week. We had some issues with the heater the first couple of days and nights, but the hosts were extremely active in communicating with us to try simple solutions, and in the end they brought in a professional repair technician who promptly fixed an issue in the boiler. The second bedroom is very small with tiny beds so if you have kids that are teens you may find it too cramped, an adult would certainly struggle to sleep on the beds. It was very clean and obviously cared for. Let down in a few areas which if addressed would making it top notch, main thing was the master bedroom mattress, it's obviously a cheap mattress and not very comfortable, the kitchen is...

It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10 min walk into aviemore and 12 min drive to landmark adventure forest. The host communicted well, confirmed our booking with a personal text messge and contacted us on the day of arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent accommodation."

"Have booked this accommodation for employees on numerous occasions, never had any issues and great communication with the host. "

"We stayed for three nights while doing a cycling event in Inverness – three adults in total. The place was spotless, and the host gave really clear instructions which made everything easy. A big bonus was having access to the garage to safely store our bikes. The area is absolutely stunning, and we’re already planning to come back, this time with the family."

"A lovely, quiet place to stay just a short walk into the village of Braemar. The bonus is that you can walk to the trailheads of two great hikes, one up Morrone and one up Creag Coinnich. The house is well-equipped with comfortable couches and good reading lights (so many houses seem to think no one ever reads!) The one bed we stayed in was very comfortable and the shower water hot! We totally enjoyed staying here. (Not a negative, just a note: the staircase to the second floor is quite steep.)...
