Staff was great, rooms cleaned, we had a renovated room but my daughter didn't. Breakfast was good, however a big fruit bowl would have been good for my grandkids and a pancake warmer would be wonderful. Free parking is great also."

"Our room was well appointed and a good size…we had the couch made into a bed for our daughter. Even with it out the room offered lots of space. The room was exceptionally quiet. We used the gym, which is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Halifax."

"We were so impressed with the exemplary customer service we received during our stay over Christmas. The staff welcomed us and saw to our every need. The wait staff in the resturant and bar were fast, efficient and very helpful. We loved the pool, dry sauna and hot tub that used daily. Everything was in easy walking distance of the hotel and sight seeing was easy from this excellent downtown location. We were impressed that Santa visited us with a bag full of treats that hung on our door...
