Located in a quiet court, this lovely modern beach house has been architecturally designed. Just 350 meters to a secluded bay beach accessed only by walking track used by local residents.

The property has amazing rural views overlooking a golf course & Saltwater creek.

Wander down the court to the beach access track - a 3 minute stroll to beautiful Red Rocks beach. The Golf course welcomes visitors and sells drinks and snacks.

As you enter the property there is an abundance of natural light, magnificently appointed to cater for guests that expect elegance and luxury when staying away from home.

Designer kitchen, beautiful bathrooms - this house is the perfect escape for couples, friends or families or business retreat.

Relax on the wide verandahs or in winter enjoy the ambience of the woodheater.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

*Please note: The backyard is fully fenced however the only access to this area (aside from the side gate at the front of the property) is through the 4th bedroom/Rumpus room downstairs. The main living area is upstairs which has access to the large entertaining area, this area cannot be accessed from the backyard. Depending on what kind of dog you have it is important to take these points into consideration as the property is not an ideal set up for dogs.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by HomeAway/Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by HomeAway/Stayz.

Blissful stay

We had an amazing stay at this immaculate house overlooking a pristine golf course. Everything in the house was very well thought out to accomodate my children and our labradoodle. It has a great backyard for running and tumbling. The host is extremely considerate and very responsive. We will definitely be returning.

Mini winter break

Fabulously located and appointed property - short walk to a lovely secluded beach and a great spacious house for adults and teenagers to share! The par 3 golf course is great to brush up on your short game or just walk around. The log fire was great at nite and plenty of in room heaters to keep everyone warm. We will be back.

Second time .

We came back to this amazing house after having such a wonderful holiday there last year.We love the house, the beach around the corner (for us ,the best on the island),and feel very at home there.We were even given a few hours more to check out on the last day (thank you). As we are a family of cooks,I would like to see a few more saucepans, and a stronger liquifier for food,as the one there had little strength. I LOVED that we were supplied with sheets and towels this year. Brilliant. It made such a difference not having to carry all these extra things down with us. Will come back! Thank you.

Saltwater Breeze is a lovely property.

The home is spacious and well appointed with great indoor/outdoor living. The views across the golf course from the back balcony is quite something. A very restful location to let go of city stresses.

Fantastic

Absolutely brilliant house and location.The best little beach on philip Island if you love a bay beach. The only thing (and the only thing) I would dare to complain about was that the cutting knives in the kitchen were quite blunt....and we cooked at home every day.It was really hard to work with them so I could suggest a good knife sharpener. Absolutely stunning view over the golf course, but unfortunately once the western sun hit, it was impossible to sit outside....but heh,first world problem.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back.Thank you!

A perfect getaway

Brilliant property, bigger than we expected and the perfect place for a lazy few days by the fire in the midst of winter. So beautifully maintained and very comfy with gorgeous views over the golf course. Loved it!

My Best Stay Ever

My two sisters, three nieces and I stayed at the Saltwater Breeze Retreat for a long weekend and I must say that without a doubt this would have to be one of my favourite properties that I have stayed at before. On our arrival from the city on the Friday it was a seamless experience getting into the security box and gaining access into the house with the instructions we had been given by the agency. It was truly wonderful entering this property as there was such an abundance of light as soon as you walk in, lovely vibe. Set over two stories the top floor has ceiling to floor doors and windows with a lovely veranda that spanned from one side of the house to the other. The outlook is just gorgeous, looking over the golf course and then just beyond that is the ocean, so close that you can hear the waves crashing down day and night. The whole house was very clean with lovely décor. We were there in winter so we pumped up the Coonara Wood Heater which warmed up the entire upstairs area in no time, very cosy indeed! Downstairs there were heaters in each bedroom which also heated up in no time as well which was great. What I also liked it was that it had everything we needed whether it was in the kitchen, to getting the fire started, to basic bathroom supplies, they really have thought of everything which is fantastic! The location was great too. A hop, skip and jump away from the beach and only a couple of minutes drive to the main street of Cowes which was handy if you want to go and do some shopping or go just out for a coffee. We went to see the Penguin Parade on the Saturday night and it was so easy, literally a 5 minute drive from the house! Too easy! I give this property a 10/10 rating and I would definitely recommend this property to stay at any time of the year as I’m sure it will be just as good when we go again this summer! Thanks for an awesome weekend Saltwater Breeze!

Wonderful place. Perfect Getaway.

Well appointed throughout. Very comfy. So serene to sit on the decking watching the wildlife e golf course, falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful house and had a great stay.

House was in a nice quiet area with a fantastic view. Open plan onto balcony was great for entertaining and lots of space. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to others.
