The main living is on the top floor with open plan living and kitchen area, there is gas heating as well as a split system heating and cooling unit, comfortable sofas and a tv and DVD player, the main lounge has sliding doors opening on to the large deck. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave and there is a central dining table.

The deck has a gas BBQ and seating and a table perfect for BBQs out on the deck. The queen bedroom and the two double bedrooms are all on the top floor The queen bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and basin there is a family bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet.

Downstairs has the 2 bunk rooms and a large rumpus room for the kids to hang out. The laundry has a washing machine and there is a second toilet and shower downstairs, totalling 3 showers and 2 toilets catering for big family gatherings.

The property is fully fenced with ample off-street parking and the family pet is welcome too but must remain outside at all times (conditions apply).

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

We all really enjoyed our stay, a lovely comfortable space, plenty of room for the 12 of us . However the backyard swing and cubby house are not safe for preschoolers by themselves- rusty nails and splinters need attention.

My family loved the stay - the entertainment area one the hearts of all with a pool table and seperate area for the kids to be. Struggled with some curtains that the rail didn’t work or were broken but didn’t impede the lovely week we had at this property. We would return here again!

Bedding configuration was good - my family of 10 all had a double bed and own room per couple. The pool table was lots of fun, even though it was cold downstairs. The property wasn’t very clean upon arrival - lots of spider webs and my 2 year old was bitten by a spider on the first night there. There was a funky sewerage smell downstairs, and the people staying downstairs had a gastro outbreak - coincidence?? With a booking for 10 adults we expected basics like toilet paper to be provided - there was only one roll each toilet (thank god for IGA being open on Good Friday) Location was close to beach and aprox a 30/40 min walk into the Main Street. If staying at this house, I’d recommend bringing your own cleaning products and drinking bottled water.

Property is listed as Dog friendly, but we were advised on the last day by real estate that dogs are not allowed inside the bedrooms. We hope they would have provide this clarity before.

Great house for two families. Heaps of space for adults and kids to relax. The house has everything you need. Walked into town for a coffee every day and short walk down to the beach. Thanks again for a great two weeks.

This property was definitely not covid cleaned (Like we were told) after moping up a spilt drink the mop water was black. Wiping down benches and tables left cloths black and under the couches you could see blankets of dust. Not very good with a bub crawling around. Downstairs shower was grimy. Ran out of hot water once, but even being after hrs the agent was very promt with contacting us back and advised us to use the boost button and that fixed that problen for the remainder of our stay. Kids loved the games room, although was very cold downstairs not enough heating.

In a nutshell would we book this house again? Answer is no. For the price we paid for a week we didn't expect a luxury accommodation but at least some basic things. House wasn't clean, furniture and floors not clean and not in a good condition, beds were not that comfortable and hot water system wasn't good. 13 of us stayed there and at least half of us had to have a cold shower after returning from the beach and no hot water left for the dishes rest of the day.

14 people staying wasn’t happy with hot water service checked in Thursday arvo no hot water until Friday morning. But every evening no hot water. Not enough toilet paper left. Some cleaning was over looked. Bed in one of the rooms kept breaking , 3 times slats came off, ended up on floor. Was a great space for the number of people but needs up bit of a clean up and check list. Has a pool table but no tips for pool sticks .
