"This property is in need of some repair and cleaning. There were holes in the baseboard in our bathroom and the vents were dirty. Also, some less than desirable, loud and rude individuals in the room next to us, yelling and screaming while slamming the door back and forth at 2am!! The location is also not the best area, a little run down and noisy."

"WATERPARK IS NOT INCLUDED WITH EXPEDIA RESERVATIONS. The hotel was fine but I feel like the pool/ waterpark are falsely advertised. You are allowed to use the pool inside the water park only when the water park is closed if you want to use the water park when it’s open it is an extra $45 a person and is only open Friday-Sunday . This would be fine if the Waterpark wasn’t used as the main selling point for the hotel and had accurate hours listed on Expedia and it was clearly stated it’s not...
