"This place is a good bang for your buck but there are many pros and cons to this place. ProsIt is clean, has a very soft bed and has a great view except for the treeConsThe cons are the host very rarely contacts you if you have issues. There is a sign that says you will be towed and I tried contacting the host to see if I needed a parking pass. It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t heard from her back ( you won’t get towed). In a quiet neighborhood with close access to a grocery store, restaurants and New Bern.The house was exactly like the pictures, very attractive outside and interior decorator touches inside. "Refrigerator reeked of raw fish. Having house keeping come in helped some but the stench remained. Ceiling Fan didn't work, lights flickered, dishes filthy, everything we tried to use had to be cleaned of grease and dried food. Owner needs to check occassionally the status of her rental and its ammenities."
