The service at this hotel was very disappointing. The owner claimed there was parking available, but the only option provided was a public lot down the hill—meaning you'll need to haul your luggage about 400 meters uphill (the owner insists it’s just 70 meters, but it definitely feels much farther). To make matters worse, the lot isn’t even reserved for the hotel and is almost always full.
When questioned, the manager seemed to think this lack of parking was perfectly normal and still advertises it as an amenity. The situation gets even more inconvenient: if you somehow manage to find a spot, you’re required to move your car between 6:00 and 10:00 AM or risk getting towed!
The listing also mentioned street parking, but the narrow streets make this impossible—there isn’t a single spot where you can park on the street.
Finally, if you expect any support with a refund, don’t count on it. The owner ignored calls from Expedia and never confirmed my request. My honest recommendation: the owner should update the listing to accurately reflect the parking situation and save future guests from similar frustration. the future.
