"The cabin itself was clean and was located very close to the river which we wanted. The neighbors rv's and camping trailers and then like a boat storage place. There weren't outdoor seats to enjoy the view like the pictures. I was looking forward to a nice bonfire but without chairs we decided to stay inside (weather got bad anyway)"

"David met us and toured through the house at check in. Friendly and informative. Very clean and smelled nice. Games available . He was very accessible. He was also very familiar with St. Joseph and gave suggestions. Much better than booking 2 hotel rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids. "

"David was an amazing host! Communication with him was extremely easy and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If we have another trip to St. Jo with a large group and need a place to stay, we will definitely rent from him again! "

"We had a pretty busy weekend so we were out and about most of our stay but this duplex offered us a great place to relax and decompress. Very clean and presented very well for hospitality and a welcoming stay! We had a great time and appreciated the accomodations!!!"

"David’s place was perfect for a weekend watching our son’s baseball team. The house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to relax in between games. "

"My mom, sister and I met in St. Jo for a girls getaway! The property is perfectly located! Fully stocked, super comfortable and safe! Parking was easy! Great location for history, shopping and quilting! Hit Betty’s for some pie if you have time!! Gore psychiatry museum was fascinating! "

The detail was impeccable & I just love the creativity & care they put into their home. Anyone could get lost into a magical world & leave reality behind for a bit here. it had everything you could need, it was very clean & so comfortable. The host was wonderful as well. If you’re looking for some laughs & great memories without much effort then book it! "
