"The best staff and hotel we have experienced anywhere! Talia at the front desk was so sweet and extremely helpful! She showed us to our room, walking us from the front desk. "The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We weren't able to see Diamond Head like our last visit which was fabulous. I guess our room wasn't ready for us and offered us an upgrade to a higher floor with two beds. We declined the offer and they ended up giving it to us anyway. It was fine except that because of our sleeping habits with my cpap machine we ended up not being able to sleep together in the same bed. "
