"Lovely place, fantastic activities and comfortable, clean and stylish lodge with everything you need. Would highly recommend and would return with friends and family."

"Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend "

"Fantastic, well equipped property with amazing views across the coastline. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Combesgate Beach and Woolacombe along the coastal path (avoids the very expensive parking). Mortehoe is also just a short walk either up the road or via the footpath over the hill behind the property. The hot tub was a real bonus to relax in after a day on the beach, or out walking."

"I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys...

"Stayed here tonnes. It's good value for a couple of days visiting the area. 20/25 mins walk to the beach, easy parking. Very quiet! Nothing fancy but everything is in order. Host is amazing for communication and super kind! We always love the biscuits on arrival! :)"

"So close to coast, yet in middle of countryside. Great pool and games room. Very relaxed, great for kids, will definitely be returning."

"Very comfortable apartment, with balcony that gets the afternoon sun and with views towards the sea. Apartment well equipped and included some helpful basics.Only negatives are that there are 50 steps up to the 3rd floor, and the long stay car park is up a steep hill."

"We had a long weekend in Starling cottage. It was peaceful, quaint, comfortable and clean. It was a good base to explore the local area and visit our friends in Neath. I would definitely return. "
