Casa Naranja is a 1500 square foot modern one story three bedroom, 2 bath house. The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Roku Smart TV. The main bedroom has a new King bed with a new mattresses, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have new Queen beds with new mattresses. Old Town Cottonwood has only gotten better with the continued development of restaurants and entertainment venues, especially including a 7-acre hilltop development in Cottonwood that will include private tastings, tours, a gelateria, and a Trattoria to be opened by Merkin Vineyards & Caduceus Cellars. As the headline says, we’re open to longer stays if desired and guests who stay longer than 30 days or more receive a 20% discount.

This 3 BR home was the perfect place for our stay in Cottonwood, AZ. The house was immaculately clean with great ammenities and nice touches. The living room furniture was super comfy as were the beds. The views were amazing, although it was a little too hot to sit out in the evenings. On cooler nights, the fire table would be a perfect place to relax and sip some Arizona wine. We will definitely return!

This home was perfect. We are 4 current and retired teachers who were on an end of school celebration weekend. This home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, furnished with everything we needed, beautiful outdoor view and seating area, walking distance to town and ready for check-in when we arrived. We had a wonderful time. It is a 10/10!

This wonderful home exceeded all of our expectations. The house was immaculate, comfortable, serene and well appointed and decorated. The host anticipated everything a guest could want or need. It was super convenient to Old Town without being too close - a quick drive or walk away in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with great views. It was two of us plus a dog however the house could easily accommodate 6 people in comfort with ease. We would absolutely stay here again. There is much to see and do in the area and the location is beautiful.

The four of us had an amazing stay! The home is. Beautiful and super clean ann excellent place to stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. Short walk to downtown to restaurants or to shop. Suzanne was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed and returns messages quickly. We will definitely be staying there again!

Five of us stayed here for two nights. It honestly is one of the best VRBO's I've stayed at! Clean, new, very comfortable, well-equipped, easy walking distance to downtown Cottonwood, and quick responses from the property owner. We would stay here again.

We had six people stay at the house over the weekend. Everything about the house and the host was great. There are a couple of ways to walk to downtown Cottonwood from the house. The house was very nice and clean. The host provided us with easy directions to get into the house and to checkout of the house. We highly recommend this house!

My three friends and I were so impressed with every detail of this property. The home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into all the decorations and ensuring it had everything t we needed.

The house is amazing. Our host Suzanne was fantastic she thought of everything and provided everything we needed and more. The area was a great location. Ladies trip - we enjoyed spending time in Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and some smaller areas for wineries. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again for another girls trip or with my husband. Thank you Suzanne for being a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne's place. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The backyard is relaxing to view the sunset. It was so convenient to walk to main street. LOVED and will definitely go back!

I really can’t say enough good things about this experience. As a frequent VRBO renter, this is one of the nicest, clean, comfortable homes we’ve stayed in. They have everything you need including a full stacked coffee bar, comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities (not cheap stuff from the Dollar Store). But the owners communication and flexibility really made our trip! We had an unusual situation being in town for a softball tournament with schedule changes and not really knowing how long we would need to stay. They accommodated every request I made. So a huge thank you and if we are back next Summer I will definitely rebook if available and recommend to anyone staying in Cottonwood!

We booked Suzanne and Tim's property for a weekend away and loved it. As hosts, they were very responsive, accommodating, and gave EXCELLENT recommendations for places to visit. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We walked to Main Street each day and had a great time. Thank you Suzanne and Tim!

The property is new, very comfortable, clean, and location is convenient to downtown Cottonwood. Great shower in the primary suite. The comfortable patio with a view toward the town of Jerome was a real bonus. The host is so thoughtful and accommodating. We really appreciated her prompt response to all inquiries. Not to mention the fresh eggs from her chickens! They made for wonderful omelets and additions to salads. The welcome basket of goodies and bottle of wine from one of our favorite vineyards was a sweet surprise. Everything was outstanding -- we loved it.

The stay was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential meal prep tools and the farm fresh eggs were a welcome surprise. Excellent furnishings inside and out. The linens were great. The location was quiet in the evenings and close to shopping and restaurants. The photos accurately represent the accommodations. The whole family enjoyed the layout of the home and the extra touches such as laundry baskets in the bedrooms, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, and the snacks on the kitchen island. We would definitely stay here again!
