Had a wonderful time at this house there was four adults and two kids and a dog had a nice yard for our dog close to the ballfields house is clean and had what we need in close by to everything! Thank you!

Fun in Cottonwood

Great little house. This is the second time we've stayed here. It is a short walk to Old Town Cottonwood. It was easily accessible for my handicapped sister.

very clean and well appointed house

Although our stay was interrupted by a family emergency, we did get to enjoy 3 nights at the house. Very comfortable, well equipped and appointed, nice back yard, dog friendly. Neighbor does have a dog that barked at our dogs, but no issues with that at all. Very close to old town and all modern stores easily accessible. One note: kitchen counter tops are cement and appear to be unsealed, so anything and everything can stain them. Must be very careful.Would book at this house again.

Perfect Location

We go up to Cottonwood every few months for the wineries. This time we decided to stay several days and bring our dogs. The property is situated in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of old town Cottonwood. It is also less than a block away from the trail system for an easy walk with the dogs. The welcome book also had a red rock pass which we used to go to Sedona and hike with the pups. The property is well stocked and has all the things you would want for a multi day stay. The firepit in the backyard was also a great spot at the end of the day to hang out with the dogs before calling it a night. It was the perfect spot for us and our dogs.

Cottonwood Thanksgiving

Very comfortable house, clean, well located, comfy beds and a great back patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
