Overall the stay was wonderful. The location and the home itself was great. Never felt full even with max capacity. The space is great for lounging with even more people if you had local people there. The decks and balcony added even more space and the sunsets were wonderful to watch sitting on any of them. The evening and morning fog roll-in on the river was beautiful and the cool air moving in felt great after a long hot day on the river. Now for why 4 stars instead of 5. We had to reset and fix the awning controls so we didn't have to hand crank it. There was a tear in the awning and when trying to get it back in it kept catching causing us to leave it out, which wasn't that big of a deal. The living room is rendered basically useless with the massive windows in the upper section of the living room in the summer. Temps in the living room reached 78 degrees with the AC cranking. Again, great place and would stay there again but maybe not in the summer.

Fabulous find

This place is awesome!! The view of the river from the back porch and balcony of one of the upstairs bedrooms is so relaxing and beautiful. The house is beautiful too! It is very clean and updated with anything you could ever need. The kitchen had everything we needed and the added barbecue grill on the patio was nice too. The house had ample space for the 7 people in our party with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer was nice to use as well. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

wonderful location for trout fishermen. within a few miles of Cotter and Wildcat accesses. Very clean and well-kept. Bargain for the area. Plenty of room for boat parking. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Will return !

Wonderful place to stay!!

Great antique shops close by. just a short trip to Mtn Home for more shopping. We even made a quick trip to Branson and Harrison. When we were at the house we had a great time watching the beautiful White river just steps from the house. And we sure can not forget about all the wildlife that entertained us. We loved this property.

House on White River

The home was so nice and welcoming. Very fresh and modern. The view of the White River was beautiful. The outdoor space overlooking the river was perfect. Loved the large windows and all the natural light coming into the living space. The kitchen was great and well stocked. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location was easy to find with a short walk to the river. Close to the nearby towns and other tourist attractions.

Awesome house, Perfect location

We loved the house. It was roomy, comfortable and had a great view of the white river and sunsets. The location was perfect for a siblings gathering as well as close to family in the area. It is also close to great routes for riding our Harley. We especially loved having access to a garage. We received fast responses to all our questions. We will definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic Birthday fishing trip

I wanted to fly fish with my three boys for my birthday and this was the perfect home base for our trip. Perfect location in the middle of prime White River/Norfork River country. Very roomy and comfortable home with excellent patio for our shrimp boil. We all caught tons of fish and some of the prettiest sunset views over the river.
