"We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked in advance prior to July 4th weekend, the host never responded with check in information is access to property leaving us stranded out of town with our 4 kids. Everything was booked nearby, I was on the phone with VRBO support for over an hour and it took us 4 hours to find something similar to what we had booked nearby but it was double the price. I believe this home is a scam do not book"

"This was a wonderful property and provided us a low key vacation at the beach. The fact that it's in a gated part of the road and that we went in February meant that there were no crowds, and it was lovely to have a beach practically to ourselves. Hearing the ocean at night as you fall asleep is one of the greatest joys of life. This was a spacious, well equipped property that supplied all of our needs!"
