  • Discover the Son Tomasset vacation farm, a charming rural accommodation in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for groups and families. Perfectly equipped for 12 people, this farm offers the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and entertainment for unforgettable vacations on the island.



    The exteriors of Son Tomasset are designed for outdoor enjoyment. It features a large private pool measuring 9 x 5 meters, surrounded by 12 comfortable sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing or cooling off during summer days. The well-maintained garden, along with two porches with chill-out areas, tables, and sofas, creates an ideal environment for relaxing in the shade.



    Next to the pool, you will find an outdoor table for 12 people, ideal for group meals under the porch. Additionally, the property has a complete entertainment area: ping pong table, tennis court, basketball hoops, billiards, as well as swings and a trampoline for the little ones.



    The interior of the estate combines rustic style with functionality and spaciousness. On the ground floor, there is a billiards room, a spacious dining room with a bar and a table for 12 diners, as well as a living area with sofas perfect for resting after a day of excursions.

    The kitchen is located on the upper floor, fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare any recipe. Next to it, a second bright living room with sofas and satellite television offers another relaxation space with views to the outside.



    The house has 6 rooms: five of them with two single beds and one with a King size bed. In addition, it has 7 bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite within the rooms, which guarantees privacy and comfort for all guests.



    Son Tomasset is located in a quiet and rural area, in the geographical center of Mallorca, which allows easy access by car to any point on the island. Just 1 km away is the town of Costitx, with restaurants and supermarket, and about 30 minutes by car you can reach the spectacular Alcudia beach, famous for its 13 kilometers of fine sand and crystal-clear waters.



    Thanks to its traditional Mallorcan construction, the house remains naturally cool during the summer months.



    A damage deposit of 800 € is requested. The owner will charge this 7 days before arrival. It will be done via bank transfer. It will be returned 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer once the accommodation has been reviewed.

Perfekter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Villa!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Son Tomasset! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und komfortabel, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, und die verschiedenen Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große Pool mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Natur – einfach perfekt zum Abschalten!

Villa Son Tomasset was beyond our expectations!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and the beauty of the property. The villa itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has every modern convenience you could want. The living areas are bright and welcoming, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxation – especially the pool, which has spectacular views of the mountains. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly had the best time here and can't wait to return.

We were blown away by this Finca!

It has recently been renovated without losing any of its rustic charm. It is very secluded, the only sound from the grounds are the occasional donkeys braying. As a building it is enormous. The ground floor consists of two main rooms. One with a pool table (much used!) and the kitchen dining area with a cosy seated area which would be fabulous in the winter with the fire roaring. The kitchen is well equipped for catering for large numbers. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor both with en-suite shower rooms. There are 4 more bedrooms on the next floor, with 2 more bathrooms, an extra lounge with TV, another kitchen and a wonderful balcony. The large entranceway has doors to the rear that open onto a shaded patio area where we ate all our meals. There are loungers in the shade here also. Steps lead down to the pool complete with loungers and umbrellas. The pool is fabulous with a shallow going to deep end for those who enjoy diving in. The grounds are extensive, there’s a wonderful BBQ area, with a huge table for group dining, all tastefully under cover. There is also a multi-sports court where you can play tennis, basketball, football etc. Olivia is an amazing host, gave us a comprehensive tour of the house but then did not intrude at all. She gave lots of advice about the area, recommended fantastic restaurants and responded to all queries. She even brought us breakfast the day before we left! A wonderful place! We’ll be back
