"The property was very comfortable and beautifully presented. The only thing to note is that if you had a large vehicle like a camper van or RV the parking would be a problem. There is a small local grocery store within walking distance (although the area is hilly) and it is an easy twenty minute drive into Dunedin. "

"After staying in VRBOs around NZ, this was definitely our favorite for charm, view and character. However? We arrived cold and et and the heat was not on. It took a few hits to warm up the hallway. There were lots of blankets so we could sit on the couch and stay warm. My one suggestion would be to have the owner turn on the heat ahead of guests arrivals on cold days. "
