"Lovely rural property with a five minute drive to the nearest beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a fairly basic menu but everything I ordered was tasty and great value. Highly recommended for a calm and quiet stay."

Each little apartment has a living space, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen which includes microwave oven, stove and Smeg espresso machine on the main floor with winding steps up to a loft with a comfortable bed. The restaurant has a great chef with lots of homemade Portuguese dishes. We highly recommend this place. "

"We had a lovely time here. It was perfect!! The cleaners came every day to clean our apartment so it was spotless. The kitchen area had everything we needed . The breakfast was amazing and the pool was very clean and a nice place to be. The staff were really helpful , nothing was too much . We needed a break and we got it here. "Moinho Calmo was the highlight of my stay! I had mistakenly booked it for the wrong day, contacted them, and they kindly changed my date. I love the uniqueness of the property and will always remember this place. When can you sleep in a windmill? It was so perfect. Bathroom was amzing, decor spot on, bedroom upstairs incredible.
