"Beaucoup de positif, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la vue, la chambre... Néanmoins, un accueil pas trop chaleureux. Et gros point noir : le parking. J'avais anticipé et demandé à réserver une place 4 jours auparavant par mail, et aucune réponse. Pour que j'arrive le jour J et qu'on me fasse payer 38€ ..."

"These guys did not provide any bedding for one of our guests, meaning they had to sleep with no sheets. Then when I left my mobile phone with them they refused to send it on to an address in the Netherlands unless I paid the shipping, given how let down we were having been left to sleep in the cold ..."
