"We absolutely loved the location of the property - so walkable and bikeable to so many fun things, and nestled in a neighborhood with a great vibe. Easy communication with the host when we needed it, too. "

"Saw egrets and herons eating breakfast at low tide. Saw gorgeous sunsets. A pod of dolphins passed by on our last morning. "

"Great place to relax and rest after day of being out around the eastern shore. Felt like home with the quiet rural setting and away from city noise. Loved hearing the toad and barking tree frogs in the babbling brook every night. Highly recommend for those who prefer peace and quiet in rural settings."

"It was very pleasant. The pool was under maintenance and that would have been nice to have but the communication about it and everything else was very prompt and clear. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing property! Had a wonderful time"

"The home is very nice and in a great location. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. As a previous guest stated, a new house is within 100 feet of the driveway (not shown in photos). Not a problem for us, but sharing for awareness. Be aware the beach is not private. 3-4 vehicles parked each day near the driveway for families to access the beach. Close to 20 vehicles on the 4th of July. "

"From the outside the place looked kind of bare and not very outstanding. However, the inside was fine. Co.fortable bed and nice accommodations. "

"This home was perfect for our family! With a park and playground right across the street, and the beach close by it allowed us to have a great vacation. The homeowner provided kitchen and bathroom essentials that made our stay easier. The outdoor shower was a great feature to have especially for after the beach. We loved how cozy and welcoming the space was. Mostly importantly, all the beds were comfortable and provided us with restful sleep. "

"Perfect location and very comfortable house. We had three adults and a child with us and all had space so we weren’t crowded but still could gather for meals. The screened porch was lovely. Watching sunrises from the pier in the morning was beautiful and we even saw dolphins swim by."

The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. It is truly an outstanding accommodation."

"Great time til I got sick hated having to leave early.loved seeing all the foals will be in touch now out of hospital about some jewelry I may have left in the house.The front room bedroom took a little getting use to only thing I would change is a way to cover the skylight in the main bedroom."
