"Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. "Overall a nice place. The walk to the beach was not too far, 5 min max. Beach is beautiful. If you have a group, you may want to bring extra chairs because the beach service only comes with 2. The condo does not have any salt, sugar, coffee, cooking spray, nothing, so you need to bring your own. The condo does have ants in the kitchen, so maybe that's why the don't keep anything. Also, there was not enough toilet paper to last, so bring some extra."
