"This is such a gem of a place. The service was impeccable and the staff are so lovely, it made our stay even more special. There loads of activities that travelers can choose to do as well. The pool and area surrounding is so relaxing, tropical and tranquil. There are a plethora of amazing birds and other species to see on the property itself or just a short walk! "Our stay at the villa was excellent. The villa was very spacious with large, comfortable rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the pool was well-maintained and beautifully lit even at night. Communication with the hosts was excellent! One drawback – the villa is located on a slope, which on the one hand offers a stunning view of the sunset and the ocean, but on the other hand can be a bit unsafe for small children. ⸻ "

"Staying at the Golden Pineapple villas was the highlight of our trip. Perfect location with walking distance to the waterfall. The drive there is a little steep at times, so just make sure to have a four wheel drive car to get there. The staff were all very friendly, had such great recommendations for getting around and navigating tourist areas of Costa Rica. They were helpful in me trying to practice Spanish and taught us some Spanish phrases used in Costa Rica and taught us about the Costa...

"Las habitaciones son muy lindas, y se mantienen con buena limpieza. De todo, lo que más nos gustó fue la comodidad de la cama, la ropa de cama y las almohadas. Hubo un leve malentendido sobre el pago de la estancia durante el check-in pero fue resuelto de inmediato! Como bienvenida nos dieron unas bebidas refrescantes, y luego unas galletas muy buenas."

"We were greeted warmly by the day manager as our boat arrived. She told us we were being given an upgrade with a lovely ocean view. They went out of their way to help us including a very early breakfast before leaving for an overnight stay at La Sirena. Really appreciated the extra help."
