"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Graziellas Villa mit viel Platz, Zimmer und Bad für zwei Familien (drei wären auch machbar), einem großen, sauberen Pool und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, die Lagunen, und die schöne Aussicht genossen und gleichzeitig ist man mit den Toktoks schnell in die Stadt zum Essen oder Shoppen, oder auch zum Strand gekommen. Die Strände sind leider alle außer dem Buzzha Strand (vor allem zum Kiten, aber auch für Kinder geeignet)...

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. Finally, there were several little touches that went above and beyond including a lovely welcome fruit basket and information about the surrounding area. "

"The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. We were a large party of 14,adults and teenagers gathered for a family reunion.The property really fit our requirements as there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, entertain and chill.The Manager Haytham and his assistant Ibrahim were superb, very quick to respond via WhatsApp and very helpful indeed. "Dies war nun bereits unser vierter Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Villa. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt. Kommunikation, Transfer, Sauberkeit der Villa, Pool, Garten, Küche/Küchengeräte, sehr bequeme Betten etc.... Es gibt nur Positives zu sagen und wir hoffen, dass wir in einem Jahr eine fünfte Bewertung abgeben können :-)"

"Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war super schön und perfekt organisiert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – egal, welches Anliegen ich hatte, mir wurde immer sofort und freundlich geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt: wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nah am Meer. Anders als viele andere Hotels in der Gegend ist es angenehm still, sodass man wirklich entspannen kann."
