"We always love staying at the Fairmont and have had great experiences in the past. This time, however, there seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. Our room ended up having a city view and a regular shower instead of the harbour and mountain view with the hot tub that we were expecting. We still enjoyed our stay, but we definitely missed the view and amenities this time."
