"Our first room had mold on the walls and on the AC, the host did not offer a solution when we said it and we had to demand a new room. The new room was clean but the hot water barely worked and it only remained hot for 5-10 seconds at the time, so showers were very uncomfortable. We did say the hot water wasn’t working, they did not fix it nor offer a solution. The rooms are little apartments with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine (but not soap). "Die Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich schön. Das Apartment war geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück bot erwas für jeden Geschmack. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen."

"These apartments are beautiful and the property manager and her son could not have been more helpful. I was sick and they took me to a doctor and a pharmacy. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the old town and some people may not like that but having the spacious apartment, free parking, and the most gracious hostess far outweighs the short walk. Please support these owners. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. "

"We have had a wonderful 9 days at Castello Risano. Excellent service from booking and throughout the stay. The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained, there’s free parking and a short walk down the hill to the local shops, restaurants and harbour.
