The hotel's location is fantastic, but it is uncomfortable no matter how you put it. They have different hallways with a set of 8 capsules per hallway. We got hallway #4 capsule #30, at least it was the bottom capsule. Each hallway has a private bathroom for the hallway plus there is communal bathrooms after all the hallways. Next to our room is a closet with an electronic lock to put your luggage. Inside the capsule you have a mirror and TV. You can't control the temperature yourself, only the air flow and if it's cold or hot you have to tell the front to adjust it for you and the other 7 capsules. In order to take a shower you have to (kind of) make a mess inside your capsule or outside in front of everyone, because there is no other way. When we returned to the hotel that night somebody had a mess all over the floor and the place smelled like dirty laundry. This hotel is for 1 or maybe 2 nights, no more. The staff were very helpful and courteous, but it doesn't compensate for the lack of comfort. We stayed the first night, but moved to another hotel after that since it was a 5 days stay.

On the plus side the apartment was great, quiet and cool. It had what we wanted and it was well situated so nothing was too far too walk. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. On the minus side, the listing on the Hotel site was a bit misleading. The first photo is of the beach entitled View from property - which was one of the reasons I chose it. The apartment is in the middle of a set of streets with no view at all. The host does not speak English - though Google translate worked fine and she was very helpful. Finally the listing says free parking. There isn't any parking at all! There is a station car park 2 minutes away at 16EUR per day.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This is a 4-star hotel, but the service was nowhere near that standard. Our room wasn’t cleaned for the first 5 days, and after moving to another room it wasn’t cleaned again for another 7 days. We also had an ant infestation. Ants got into our food, and instead of fixing the problem, the staff gave us insect spray and expected us to deal with it ourselves. Before extending our stay, the hotel manager agreed through WhatsApp to a special long-term rate. I have screenshots confirming this. A few days later, another manager told us he no longer worked there and that none of his promises would be honoured. We felt completely misled. After check-out, we were even told we couldn’t wait in the hotel cafeteria for 2-3 hours, despite wanting to order food and drinks. During the dispute over the final bill, the staff even threatened to call the police. The hotel first demanded around €540, but after I questioned the charges, I finally paid about €200. After spending nearly €1,000 here, I was told never to come back, despite causing no damage or problems. My partner suffered panic attacks because of the stress this situation caused. I travel extensively and have never experienced treatment like this before. I cannot recommend this hotel and will never return.

Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. The residences are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for families. We never felt cramped, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The restaurants were outstanding, with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The beach club and pool area were also highlights of our trip—beautiful, relaxing, and ideal for both adults and kids. What really makes Leiro special is the people. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation. Our whole family absolutely loved it, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
