"First of all, I want to say we were so impressed with this home. It was furnished great.You couldn't ask for anything because everything you needed was already there. We only spent a couple days for my birthday. Which we so enjoyed. We fished from the dock every day. Even though we only caught catfish, it was so much fun just to catch a fish. We also caught some crabs. We didn't keep them. We let them go the only mishap. We had was, I was so excited to show off my crabs, then I dropped my phone...

"My wife and I have stayed at many rentals on vacation and this one is by far the best we’ve stayed in. The owners have put a lot of attention into the details of this home. The decorations are beautiful. All the accessories coordinate. It felt very much like home. The location on Weeki Wachee River near the park provided endless entertainment with people watching. My wife and I paddled all the way up to the top of the river (beware there is nowhere to get out and use the restrooms and refill...

"Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! Plenty of room, house is kept spotless and has beautiful finishes inside. "

"Very clean, easy to find, in a quite neighborhood. Cute and nicely decorated, exactly as shown. Very close to water to watch beautiful sunset."

"The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter."

"Had an amazing time here. It's not a tourist town but it was exactly what we were looking for and the house was amazing. Great views. Easy water access. Neighbors were friendly. "

"We've stayed at Paradise before. I think this was either our third or fourth time. We love it there peaceful and calm we bring our dog sky which really likes it there. We go over there to ride our mountain bikes they have great wood trails for bicyclers they also have great trails for road bicyclers. Perfect "
