Add, the Avila Beach area location is/was a perfect travel balance for our day trips to Santa Barbara and San Simeon, in addition to exploring the Pismo / Avila areas. Reception staff make check in and check out a breeze. Overall, a great stay! "

"Very nice stay! 3 lofts above a great market/cafe making it easy and convenient. Check-in was easy with quick communication with property personnel via texts. Parking was so easy and free, many open spots - got one right next to door entrance. Executive suite was beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend. "

"The cottage was perfect for our needs with our little dogs and our toddler. Easy to get to the Aquarium and to Thomas Day Out in Felton. Fun time going to the beach and so nice to have sand toys for my kid! The 2 free aquarium passes were an awesome perk.Super friendly hosts and easy to communicate with. 5 stars all the way! Would stay again."
