The location of the property could not be any more picturesque and the location to the town and local beach makes it feel like everything is right in your very own backyard. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful.
