Casale le Querce is an ideal farmhouse for those who want to spend their holidays surrounded by nature and the silence of the countryside, and between the beaches and the sea. Grottammare and the Adriatic Sea are just 16 kilometres away.
The farmhouse offers its guests all the comforts needed for a perfect holiday. It has a very large garden with views of the local vineyards on one side and the hills on the other.

On the first floor, we find a large living room, a kitchen with a terrace, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The large garden is fenced on three sides and open to the forest. The private swimming pool allows you to swim and relax while admiring the beautiful scenery. While under the centuries-old oak tree, there is a table and chairs for lunches and dinners in the shade. If you are travelling with a dog, you can take advantage of a small, specially fenced area (5 m x 5 m), near the pool and the house, where your four-legged friend will feel safe when not on a leash.

The town of Cossignano is only 2 km away; here you can find all the main services such as food shops, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the town of San Benedetto del Tronto and the very famous Riviera della Palme, which continues up to Grotta Mare and Cupra Marittima. The whole coastal area offers many entertainment options such as bars, restaurants, water sports, cycle paths, events, and concerts.

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Bewertung Ferienobjekt

Die Hausübergabe erfolgte zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Zum Objekt gehört ein großer Garten mit Umzäunung. Trotzdem erfolgte regelmäßig Besuch unbekannter Hunde im Garten. Das Haus war in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Ausstattung für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern in Ordnung. In dem Haus fühlten wir uns wohl. Leider entsprach der Pool nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Übernahme war das Wasser milchig. Der Boden war bei nur mäßiger Tiefe nicht erkennbar. Durch den Vermieter wurde uns die Unbedenklichkeit zum Baden telefonisch vermittelt. Beim Betreten des Pools war der Boden unangenehm glitschig und rutschig. Der Boden war in keiner Weise sauber. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes lagen sehr viele Birnen am Boden (Birnbaum direkt neben Pool). Diese verbreiteten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch verfaulenden Obstes. Ein sogenannter Poolservice kam dann nach einer Woche (Samstag sei dies Routine). Auch im Rahmen dieses Service war das Wasser weiterhin trüb, der Boden war nur unzureichend gesäubert. Mehrfache Diskussionen mit der Vermieterin führten zu keiner Besserung (der Pool sei lt. Vermieterin ein selbstreinigender Pool, bei insgesamt 3 Düsen unterhalb der Wasseroberfläche?). Der Pool war leider im Gegensatz zum Haus nicht akzeptabel nutzbar. Bei Außentemperaturen über 35° fehlte die erwünschte Abkühlung, welche ein Hauptargument der Objektbuchung war.
