"First off, we never got in. I was not sent any check in information. I expected it to be sent day of check in and it never was. Turned around and drove 150 miles home the same day. Second, I cannot tell you how horribly Vrbo treated us and how difficult it has been to be refunded. We were debited for the original payment (had to prove it), within the month it was refunded WITHOUT Vrbo fees paid back. Then the whole amount was RE-DEBITED, and still have not been RE-refunded. "It was a beautiful place to stay! A full log home with lots of amenities! The home was decorated in a "bear in the woods" theme. Everything was so cozy! The setting of the cabin was beyond words! After the snow, it looked like something put on a Christmas card! I recommend this place to any and everyone! Kids would love playing in the surrounding yard, parents love the hot tub!Thank you for a most relaxing stay!"
