The property had everything we wanted and the location was very peaceful. Plenty of room for our group. Theater room was great to watch the ufc fight and movie nights for the kids. Pool and hot tub were great also but my absolute favorite thing was the huge dining table. There was enough seating so everyone could sit and enjoy dinner together as a family. Excellent and fast communication with the host as well

Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. Lots of space for our large group. We loved the pool and hot tub. Love the fire pit area and lights. The front and back porches were great spots to read in the mornings. The large table was great for our meals and board games. We enjoyed the movie room and game room as well. Kitchen was easy to make food and thankful for the washer/dryer for clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and nice.The host was very responsive and helpful with a few things that came up.Great location, easy access to the Smoky Mtns, short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.Our family really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this location.

This was an Epically Amazing Experience for my group of 21 of 30 women that actually made it out!! The hosts were phenomenal!! I know I bugged the heck out of Ms. Tammy and Ms. Elisabeth!! You all were great and we will return again for sure!!Only minor issue was bitting bugs in one of the bedrooms. After washing bed linens, no more signs or issues. Unsure how long cabin was in use before my group came in early June 2026. Only suggest prior to renting to have maintenance fumigate! Overall we give you all a 12 on a 1-10 scale!!!

We loved the cabin!

We took our children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time! The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed! We would love to go there again soon!

This is the perfect place in winter or summer for a family to gather! The hosts are great communicators. The location is ideal. We really enjoyed our time there.

Family cabin

The cabin was really nice clean very spacious. Kids definitely enjoyed the pool. Rooms are pretty big this cabin is good for a big group of people.

Spring break

We stayed in this cabin and loved it. It was very well stocked and ready with extras convenient items. It sleeps thirty and has loads of extras!

When we arrived at the cabin, our initial reaction was positive. It had all the amenities in the listing; however, over time, we discovered problems with the air conditioning, a broken foozball table, and very dirty furniture. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was the discovery of BEDBUGS in several rooms. We contacted the management company, and they sent an exterminator who confirmed their presence. He spot treated but was unable to do a full treatment while we were there. We stayed our last two days but spent the time laundering and bagging our possessions! Hopefully it will be enough to keep them from coming home with us! The management company did agree to provide a partial refund. I just hope they get them fully eradicated before renting it to other vacationers.

The place was amazing! Pictures dont do this place justice. My nephews enjoyed it so much they hated to leave. All 3 of them went around with their Ipads taking pictures of this gorgeous house! The bunk room was beyond enough space. The 2 king beds with bathrooms were very large and on the 1st floor! We didnt use the theater room but looked amazing. Hot tub was enjoyed by everyone in our group. You do have to buy your own logs for the fireplace; however, there is a place just down the road that you pay 1 per log! The grill outside is charcoal and worked great. Its only about 45 mins from pigeon forge which is great. Do wish the living room had more space to sit. Also the pacman machine you have to pay to use in the game room. Overall great house, great location, and great price. Will be booking again!

Family Time

Second time staying at this property with our family. Both stays were great. The property provides good space for large families to share meals, good setup for sleeping, and space to share family time. The pool is great for the kids.

Fantastic for a family

For a family of 14 age ranges from less than 1 year old to 60+ this place had everything we wanted, the kids loved the pool and games, the the adults loved the hot tub, large table and kids room big enough for all of the kids.
