Corvallis Modern Oasis - New Construction 4 Bedroom Vacation Rental

Light and bright with high ceilings and big windows, this home is designed with an open layout and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Separate sitting areas on each floor provide space for everyone to congregate together or have some quiet time alone.

The nightly rate for a limited time (up to 6 people) on the rental of this pristine, newly built home is affordable.

Guests reserve the entire house for $299 - $449 per night for four people, plus $29- $49 per additional person per night with a capacity of six. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $239 - $289 depending length of stay and number of guests, and a 13.5% Oregon lodging taxes on the entire invoice. Please note that the default rate is for 4 people. Some OSU event weekends have premium rates.

Cooking family holiday meals is a pleasure because of the plethora of cooking tools available.

Premium rates do apply for high-demand OSU football weekends and other OSU event weekends like Fall and Spring Family Weekend and OSU Graduation.

This stand alone house has a King bed master downstairs and two - three Queen bedrooms upstairs, an office loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sometimes we are able to offer the lower level only for two people. When renting the lower level only there is a special rate, and no other guests will stay with you!

Modern Oasis is not pet-friendly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Beautiful Home, But Frustrating Rental Process

The house itself is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience with the property manager was frustrating. After booking, I was sent a separate rental agreement with different rates and cancellation terms. One bedroom was locked on arrival, and I was charged an extra 100 to access it—since we only had four guests. The listing should clarify that the fourth bedroom requires an additional fee due to laundry. Worst of all, the property manager consistently deflects blame rather than just solving the problem. I believe the rental company uses VRBO to advertise but follows its own policies, making the process confusing and stressful.

Clean, comfortable, classy

This was an excellent property to stay at. The shared rooms and the bedrooms were all comfortable and clean. The property host was great, communicative, responsive, and prompt. They ensured we had what we needed. I accidentally left a belt when I checked out, and she reached back out, got my mailing address and shipped me the belt. Wonderful home. I would stay here again, and I would recommend others do too.

This house is beautiful, CLEAN, and stocked as well as my own home, location is perfect. Our host Alexandra was super easy to communicate with & accommodating. Lots of nice extra touches. 10 out of 10!!

Best-equipped short-term rental ever!

The house was outstanding in every way, but what really stood out was how well-equipped it was. The kitchen was like cooking at home: pots & pans, utensils, spices, condiments. The same was true in other parts of the house. Alexandra is a professional an it shows.
