This property can be rented individually or together with the main villa and is ideal for vacations with family and friends.

The villa is near the Manzano Golf & Spa Resort designed by Gary Player Design. Spend the day at nearby Cortona or visit nice places such as Camucia (7 km) or Montepulciano (27 km).

While enjoying a good glass of local wine, admire the surrounding landscape covered with sunflowers, age-old cypresses and pines. Take a cooling dip in the pool. If willing, prepare a meal of your choice in the well-equipped kitchen or on the barbecue. Parking is also available here.
