Pretty bad experience from the minute I arrived to the check in desk on.
I've paid the entire stay in the moment I've made the reservation, but when the guy behind the desk gave me the keys, he told me that i needed to pay $190, and when i told him that everything was alrededor paid for he told me that that was what his end shows, and even after I was able to show him the receipts from my email I ended up paying $50 just because "that was what the system showed".
Once in our room we ended up having the visit of mice during the night and the proof of it was the holes in the trash bags, besides the noises during the night, and, on top that, our room was not cleaned and one of the beds was full of hairs and when we came back for our second night of staying no one picked up our room, even though we left the room pretty early in the morning.
The breakfast was not good either.
On the positive side, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, the host and server in the restaurant at night were really nice, had a great attitude and they were playing games with my 2 y/o baby. They are the only reason i gave an extra star in my review.
If one day I go back to Mesa Verde I won't stay in this place, that's a fact!!!!
