    Near Rockport beach, dedicated boat slip outside the back door. Everything for a romantic weekend, fishing trip or family vacation. Enjoy sunrise on the top deck, 3 HDTVs, 2 community pools, or afternoon drinks on shaded deck.

    Ground floor: Kitchen, dining, living, laundry, 1/2 bath, fold-out couch
    Top floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 full restrooms.

    Also have a second unit, 4 doors down in same building if you have a larger party. We love to visit with a second family so we can all hang out, but each have our own space.

The condo was exceptionally well maintained. Very clean. Host describes property extremely accurately in rental app; also very responsive before and after booking. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway on the water.

The condo was decorated to perfection and exceptionally clean! This condo had the most well stocked kitchen than any place I have ever stayed!

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and a perfect location. Would definitely go back. When we had questions the owner responded back to us in a timely manner. Overall it was a great experience.

Great Location

The location of the property is great. The home looked just like the pictures it was beautiful. The owner goes above and beyond by providing items you wouldn’t have thought to pack on a trip such as board games coffee, outdoor equipment for fishing and beach, fun, etc. overall, the home was found to be clean except for the shower, which had hair all in it from the previous person who stayed there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo and neighborhood.

As soon as we entered the property we all noticed how not only beautiful and comfy the entire condo was also noticed it was extremely clean . The decks and canal were great !

Amazing place to stay!

This place is absolutely perfect for a romantic get away! You can tell the owner takes pride in his property. The inside has been fully refurbished and looks fantastic. Which is important to me because if it’s not visual pleasing I won’t enjoy myself. My hubby loves to fish and I love to drink wine. We were able to do both without having to leave the comfort of our space. We will definitely be coming back...maybe even bring the kiddos with us.

Christmas Week 21-22

Recently refurbished. Brand new paint, carpet, appliances. Two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with bedrooms upstairs. Back deck down and balcony up with view onto canal. Boat doc with condo. Video screen each room, google home in all rooms, great beds and bedding with comfortable furniture that is also new. Access to two pools. Upscale neighborhood with condo and single family homes. Street quiet, nice walking neighborhoods, 100 feet from Bayshore drive and close to Rockport and Fulton beaches and piers. HEB, WalMart within a mile, great seafood close and 20 minutes from Port Aransas. Great birding area with Aransas National Wildlife Refuge accessible by boat and trails. Easy check in with bottle of wine waiting, but also the cleanest unit I have ever used. Rapid response from host for any questions. Easy checkout. Spent a week and extended by one day. Wish we could have stayed longer.
