    This updated 2nd-floor condo is just a few steps to the beach via the private boardwalk. Bursts of colorful marine life decorations are carried throughout. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinets a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans, dishes, cookware and utensils to meet your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 6 to enjoy your meals or a friendly game of cards. There is additional seating for four at the open bar. The living room has plenty of seating with a couch and two matching accent chairs to watch movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) comprised of a King size bed, nightstands, a dresser for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV and a reading area in the large window with natural lighting. The ensuite bathroom consists of a granite vanity and a tile tub/shower. The first guest bedroom (BR2) is outfitted with a Full bed. wall-mounted TV, nightstands, closet and reading area. For your convenience, the full-size stacked washer and dryer are located in the hall. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is appointed with two Full beds, TV, chest, nightstand, closet and an area for reading. Both guest rooms share a bathroom situated at the end of the hall furnished with a granite vanity and tile tub/shower unit. View the Gulf from the private balcony in the sea air with your morning coffee, take advantage of the boardwalk to the beach over the dunes which is just steps away from the unit or cool off after a day at the beach in the shared pool. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment. Bring the family for a vacation to remember.

Overall it was good. Would be great for those who have small kids. They have a large play area and pool. Can walk to straight to the beach. The porch door knob needs to be replaced and the kitchen sink faucet-it has a lot of build up that water barley comes out. Other than that, not a bad little spot to come back to.

We enjoyed the stay, a few key points that we encountered were low water pressure in the kitchen sink and the WiFi connection was intermittent; kept having to reset the router to restore connection. The microwave sensor was bad; could not cook popcorn or potatoes as it would give an error code. The pool was great, kids enjoyed themselves. Very close to the beach, had accessible washing stations outside for your return from the beach.

Wonderful place

Nice, clean and very spacious place also the parking is so much easier. Love the back view with the pool, the backyard has a nice setting and the beach.

Nice Beach holiday

Large comfortable unit. Short drive to good fishing spot. Easy walk to beach although rather crowded. Well equipped kitchen. We had a good relaxing holiday.

Property Review

The property was clean and beautiful. Everything was organized and ready for us when we arrived. The house was right next to the beach and a pool. We could see both from our balcony and see our kids. This was the perfect spot and we will be back!

Great Location

The condo was large enough for our family of 7. The boardwalk to the beach was very close, which was our main reason for choosing this condo. We also enjoyed using the tennis court and volleyball net. We didn't use the pool as the water was too chilly but it looked clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked (however, it could use a toaster). Overall, we would stay here again.

Clean. Washer/dryer didn't work

I am not sure if it was mold or dirt above the door & window in the living area. The upper corner lazy susan is missing a screw in the top so the door didn't close properly. Said washer dryer available, but they didn't work.

Comfy, spacious and well kept

All was well and as described, very spacious and comfortable. Would have loved another bed in middle bedroom instead of fold-out couch. But the back porch was wonderful, and my kids loved everything about the condo. Perfect place for our family, the kids want to stay there every summer :)

Family Gathering!

Although the outside looks a bit dated the inside was great. The perfect floor plan for a big family with a decent view from the balcony and a short distance to everything around.
