This spacious 3.5-bedroom townhome features stylish, beachy-casual interiors that will make you relax the moment you step inside.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

"Blue Heron" has details that let you know you have arrived at the beach: shabby chic sofas, shiplap-wall accent walls painted grey-blue, framed fans of seaweed and painted shore birds, and driftwood-colored wood floors. A soothing grey-blue wall color and yacht-white accents add panache.

Open the front door to the main, downstairs living space where you'll relax with family and friends. A mix of wooden dining chairs and upholstered wingback arm chairs surround the large dining table, for mealtime and game time. This area flows into the main living room, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen, mounted on the wall, over a console decked out in beachy accent pieces. The fully-equipped kitchen backs this all-in-one living space, with rattan, barstool seating at the island and open shelving.

From the rear entry, a built-in nook offers a place to store beach towels, flip-flops, and beach bags.
In the bedrooms, ruffles on dreamy linens create a haven in the master guest room, contrasting salute-worthy nautical style in the darling bunkroom, where accent pillows feature navy anchors, a strand of fishing buoys dangles along the ceiling, and sailboat artwork dress the room in seafaring style. Another pair of bunks are built in to the first hallway, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your crew. The guest rooms with queen- and king-size beds feature charming wooden or tufted, upholstered headboards in varying designs, and all of the bedrooms feel like luxurious retreats.

Bathrooms feature more shiplap on walls, contributing to the coastal farmhouse look that the whole home exudes. In one bath, handsome dark metal fixtures and a dark wood frame on a sandpiper painting contrast the white walls, while glass-front shower doors add contemporary style.

Located next the green space of the Town Center, the condo is just across from the community restaurant Lisabella's Bistro & Bar and from the open-air pavilion where outdoor movies are shown. The Dune Pool is close by, and the beach and Kiera's Pool, with its infinity edge, are easy walks or a golf cart ride away.

One of the nicest VRBO’s!

This townhouse and it’s neighborhood was the cutest! The house was like walking into a real life pottery barn magazine. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including the kitchen. We have stayed at several vrbo’s and this has to be one of my favorites. Very close to the beach, coffee shop, etc. We will definitely be back! ❤️
