If you need some Sea-Rinity, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in the popular Village Walk community is a great place for a family vacation, a romantic weekend, or a restful retreat. Located on Eleventh Street, you'll be just a few blocks from the beach and a short drive to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

When you enter Sea-Rinity, you'll find an open and inviting living and dining area with plenty of seating for your family and friends. The living room is bright with tropical decor and looks out to the beautifully-landscaped pedestrian walkway that leads to one of two heated pools in the complex. The dining table seats 8 guests and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The house also features a full kitchen with stainless appliances, an island, and plenty of storage. Smart televisions with cable and wireless internet are included with your stay.

Behind the kitchen is the first of three bedrooms. This ground-floor bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space. Next to the bedroom is a full bath with a shower. There is also a laudry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you'll find the spacious primary bedroom and en suite. The bedroom features a king bed, smart television, two closets, and stained-wood floors. The bath has a tub/shower combination and plenty of storage. Across the hall, you'll find the bunk room with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Next to the bunk room is another bath with a tub/shower combination.

To enjoy our sunny days and tropical nights, there is a fully-fenced yard with seating areas and a barbecue grill. Outside, you can enjoy the evening breezes or take a short walk to one of the two pools. Sea-Rinity also has a two-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate two additional vehicles.

Sea-Rinity is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Up to two dogs with a combined weight of 100 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and that you clean up after them. Our cleaners charge a modest pet cleaning fee of $75 per dog for the entire stay. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

Sea-Rinity also has a golf cart that you can reserve for your stay to drive to the beach or around town. Please contact us for availability, rates, and limitations.

Everything was seamless. From the check in process ,to Nancy ,who met us at the property to make sure we were acquainted with the amenities, to the very easy check out process. We have stayed at quite a few properties in this neighborhood and this is one of our favorites.

The kitchen was well equipped. Our host was quick to replying to any needs we had. The location was very close to the beach. They had a golf cart located in the garage that we rented that was a plus. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Port Aransas visit

I was greeted with my golf cart and a wonderful host who gave me a good lay of the land. The place fit our needs with space and close to the beach. This was my first visit and it was great. I would highly recommend this place. Air B&B take so much stress for a family vacation

Fun, Convenient and Clean!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was close to everything we wanted to do and the ability to rent the golf cart was so convenient. Loved that it had three bathrooms. Beds were comfy too!

Decent but needs a hardy scrub

It's clear the owners enjoy shopping for beach-themed objects, but that money would be better spent on overall STR necessities. The shower towels, hand towels, & wash clothes are getting thread bare- hard to dry off with thin wet towels; on the small side for the price point. Kitchen towels, same. Owner's directions about towel use were very specific: Couldn't sit outside for AM coffee because no way to dry dew-soaked patio furniture. Front door mats need renewed to better capture sand and prevent tracking. Wished there were floormats on each side of the beds. Things needed a deep clean; not gross, but worn out. Hospitality and welcome are super evident, but missing a few crossed Ts and dotted Is...someone left wet clothes in back patio area; a lot of meal time debris cigarettes and cigar butts that we had to clean up. Back doir needs serious scrubbing.Excellent location off of highway; central and wonderfully accessible; gated & secure. Neighborhood felt eery, though—80% of the units are STR; no community feel. Isolated.We enjoyed ourselves and were grateful, but could tighten ship quite a bit. Pardon typos! Late night from a hotel room!Needbetter

Weekend getaway

We loved the house, it was absolutely perfect. And even bigger than I thought it was. We had three adult couples, and there was plenty of room. It was an extra bonus that you could also rent the golf cart, which made it so much easier. we all loved it and will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! This place was clean and had all the necessities needed. Rental of their private 6 seater golf cart was a big plus. Pool was one house down which made it quick and easy for us. Very nice and quiet gated community! A blessing in disguise is there wasn’t a tv in 2 of the rooms which had us watching tv together as a family in the evenings. We rarely do that so this was another plus for us. Owners were easy to contact and they responded quickly. We will be back!

Great summer kick off weekend!

We really just wanted a peaceful getaway before the summer crowds hit the beach and we were not disappointed! The house was exactly like the pictures. Management took care of any little issue that came up. Awesome time!
